Navila Group is committed to ensuring safety, comfort, and peace of mind for every guest throughout their journey. In partnership with Zurich Insurance, we provide comprehensive travel insurance designed to cover a wide range of tour and adventure activities during your trip.
Scope of Coverage
1. Insured Participants
All officially registered guests under PT Sea Marine Industry during the tour period.
2. Coverage Area & Duration
Insurance coverage is valid 24 hours a day throughout the entire duration of the tour within Indonesia.
3. Covered Activities
This insurance covers a variety of leisure and adventure activities, including but not limited to:
- Snorkeling
- Diving (up to 30 meters in depth, accompanied by a certified instructor or with valid diving certification)
- Trekking
- Cruise / Sailing
- Island Tour
Note: This policy does not cover professional activities, competitions, or any activities conducted outside of the official tour itinerary.
Insurance Benefits
The insurance provides a wide range of protection and benefits for tour participants, including but not limited to:
- Coverage for accidental death or permanent total/partial disability due to accidents.
- Reimbursement for medical expenses resulting from accidents during the tour.
- Emergency medical evacuation and repatriation of remains, if required.
- Funeral allowance and emergency transportation expenses.
